Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to the company's board of directors; fully organize the implementation of the relevant resolutions and regulations of the board of directors; fully complete the indicators issued by the board of directors, and report the implementation to the board of directors;
2. Responsible for publicizing and implementing relevant national and industry laws, regulations, guidelines and policies;
3. According to the requirements of the board of directors, determine the company's business policy, establish the company's business management system, organize implementation and improvement, and provide sufficient resources for the operation of the business management system;
4. Fully preside over the company's business management work, organize the formulation of the company's business plan, determine the annual performance target, and supervise, control, and implement, and be responsible for the business process and results;
5. Responsible for convening and presiding over the office meeting of the company's general manager, coordinating, inspecting and supervising the work of various departments; listening to the work reports of various departments, and putting forward guiding and decision-making opinions;
6. Preside over and promote key management processes and rules and regulations, optimize the company's organizational system, and organize the development of standardized work models;
7. Improve financial management, strict financial discipline, do a good job in increasing revenue, reducing expenditures, increasing revenue and reducing expenditures, ensure the preservation and appreciation of existing assets, and monitor and report the actual use of funds and profit and loss in a timely manner;
8. Strengthen the construction of company culture, lead to create a corporate culture atmosphere, do a good job in the ideological and political work of employees, and shape and strengthen the company's values;
9. Do a good job in social public relations, communicate with government agencies, media and other departments, and establish a good social image of the company;
10. Responsible for the company's safety work, properly handle the company's major emergencies, and report to the superior organization or superior in a timely manner;
11. Promote the operation of the company's listing work;
12. Responsible for organizing and completing other temporary and phased tasks and tasks assigned by the board of directors.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, economics, and machinery manufacturing;
2. Have more than 5 years of senior management experience in a large enterprise, and have served as the general manager for more than 3 years in the machinery, equipment, automobile or electrical manufacturing industries;
3. Received knowledge training in management, leadership science, economics, strategic decision-making, human resource management, financial management, etc., with a wide range of knowledge and high overall quality;
4. Familiar with modern enterprise management mode and operation process, have strong leadership skills and management ability in team management, have strong professionalism and advanced management concepts;
5. Have a good forward-looking and high-end decision-making ability;
6. Senior management experience in high-end equipment manufacturing companies is preferred.
